Pack Your Items
Securely place the garment in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
